BP003248: Ferret TNF alpha Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Ferret TNF alpha Protein, (amino acids Val77-Leu233) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Ferret TNF alpha Protein has a predicted MW of 17.21 kDa same as Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Ferret TNF-alpha, No tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TNFR2, hFc tag with the EC50 of 14.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
